Trinity Farm

Trinity Farm is located in Aurora, New York. The owner, Margaret Flowers, has worked with fiber since she was 4 years old, and looked forward to one day raising her own sheep. In 2007 Trinity Farm started with a single wether & ewe, now the farm is home to over 100 Icelandic & Shetland sheep.

Margaret prides herself in Trinity farm’s role in the conservation of Icelandic and Shetland sheep breeds. Shetland sheep have recently attained “recovering” status, thanks, in large part to U.S. Shetland breeders. Margaret has also contributed to the conservation of the rare and unique Icelandic Leadersheep sub-breed, achieving sheep with a level of 94% leader genetics, the highest outside Iceland.
