Catskill Fiber Festival

The festival will be showcasing the many fiber farms, fiber enthusiasts and makers in the area. New York is well known for its dairy farms, but it also has some terrific sheep, goat, llama and alpaca farms. And of course, the farms that have a menagerie of chosen animals. The area is home to fabulous weavers, spinners, knitters, felters, quilters, and designers. Locals already know the Hurlyeville Makers Lab, the Woodland Spinners and Weavers, the Rosehaven Mill in Bethel, Duke Pottery and the fiber farms. The Sullivan Catskills has always been a wealth of creative innovative people!
