Shepherds Creek Alpacas

It all started in 2003 on a farm in VanEtten, NY. Barb and Marc Sodums were in search of animals to raise and came across the earth-friendly alpaca with its luxurious fleece. They have since learned to breed alpacas for the softest, densest, and most consistent fiber possible. After temporarily moving out-of-state, Shepherd’s Creek settled in Trumansburg, NY. They have a farm store open by appointment for visitors to do some shopping, as well as learning about alpacas, their care, and their fiber. They offer alpacas for sale as breeding stock, pets and fiber animals, and provide breeding services to other alpaca owners.
